Information used by the app

RF Golf Software uses account email, player and team details, scores, handicaps, registration records and chat activity to operate leagues and tournaments. Organizers manage their roster and event records. Device push subscriptions are stored when you enable notifications.

Who can see it

Organizer and assigned administrator access depends on their permissions. A public scoreboard link shows player or team names and results, without contact details or payment records. Anyone with an enabled link can view that scoreboard. The organizer can disable sharing or replace the link.

AI scans

When you choose to read a scorecard or roster with AI, the selected images or text are sent to OpenAI for extraction. The app does not retain the source photos. Review the extracted values before saving. Provider processing policies apply separately.

Service providers and backups

The app runs on Railway, uses Supabase for account authentication and Resend for account email. Stripe processes card payments when configured and enabled. Daily database copies currently share the hosting volume; offsite storage is not yet connected. Copies can contain older records until replaced or removed.

Your controls

Account & privacy lets you download account activity, turn off all registered push notifications and submit or cancel a deletion request. Organizer workspace downloads are available separately. Deletion requests require staff review of shared event records and removal of the login account; submission is not confirmation of deletion.
