A few things to know.

How are Sunday simulator handicaps calculated?

We use gross score minus par for each eligible 9-hole round. For your first 1–4 eligible rounds, we average all of them. With 5 or more, we use the best 3 of your latest 5. Multiply that average by 90% and round to a whole stroke. Complete practice rounds count; rounds with assigned unfinished-hole scores do not. Handicaps update Monday at 8 a.m. Eastern after finalization and freeze for playoffs after the final regular-season round. These are custom simulator league handicaps, not official USGA/GHIN Handicap Indexes.

What if our group runs out of time?

Stop at the end of your reserved two-hour slot. Staff assigns each unfinished hole net double bogey, or strokes already taken plus one if that produces a higher score. Hitting a tee shot does not count as finishing the hole. Assigned holes cannot win a skin, and the affected player’s whole round is excluded from handicap calculations. Read the printable rules for examples.

I registered. Why don’t I see a scorecard?

Registration and player scoring access are separate. Your organizer sends a player invitation after assigning the roster. Use the email address on your invitation when signing in. Chat also requires admin approval.

Where do I find my registration?

Sign in and open My registrations to check your team’s status, reserved slot and payment record. A waitlist request does not reserve a slot.

Can I use this on my phone?

Yes—open the site in your phone’s browser. On iPhone, use Safari’s Share menu → Add to Home Screen. On Android, use your browser’s install or Add to Home Screen option when available. Native App Store and Google Play apps are not available yet.

How do chat notifications work?

Your organizer must approve your chat membership. Then enable notifications on each device in the app. On iPhone, open the app from your Home Screen first. Your device’s notification permissions and settings control delivery.

I’m organizing a league or tournament.

Sign in, then choose Organizer tools. Your events and roster are separate from other organizers’ workspaces. Online software subscriptions and payments for other courses are not enabled yet.

Who can see my information?

Registration contact and payment details require sign-in and are limited to the entry contact and organizer. Player invitations grant only the scoring access assigned by the organizer. Never forward a personal player invitation to another golfer.
