Ready for your first round.

A quick guide to joining, scoring and following your league.

1. Join with your invitation

Open the registration or player invitation link your organizer sent. Sign in with your RF Golf email and password using the email address on your invitation. New players can create an account and confirm their email.

Registration reserves an entry according to the event settings. It does not automatically grant scoring access. Your organizer assigns you to the roster and sends a separate player invitation.

2. Open your scorecard

After accepting player access, open My events and select your event. Check your name, holes, tees and handicap before starting. Contact the organizer if anything is wrong.

Enter actual gross strokes. The app applies the assigned handicap for net results. Scores save automatically after a short pause in typing. Wait for “Hole saved online” and check the recorded score. If a save fails, your entries remain visible. Retry a connection failure; if another scorer changed the card, review the latest scores before re-entering your correction. Do not assume a score is saved while offline.

Your organizer determines whether you can score only yourself or your playing group. Completed rounds and staff-assigned unfinished holes may be locked.

3. Follow the league

Use the organizer’s spectator link to follow live scores. A spectator link does not grant score editing. Chat requires separate admin approval. Once approved, open League chats.

To receive notifications on iPhone, add the site to your Home Screen from Safari, open that icon, then enable notifications inside chat. Delivery also depends on the service being configured and your device permissions, quiet hours and mute settings.

Use Report message for abusive or inappropriate content. Block member hides their messages and notifications for you in that league. Admins review reports; this is not a continuously monitored emergency service.

Payments and help

Follow your organizer’s displayed payment instructions. A pending payment or waitlist entry is not a confirmed paid reservation. Online card payments are not activated for the public launch yet.

Ask your organizer about event refunds, cancellations, roster corrections and access. Rolling Fields pro shop: 724-335-7522.

RF Golf Software does not issue an official GHIN Handicap Index. The Sunday simulator league uses custom league calculations.
